Creating Community

Teams that respect and value one another perform better and are generally happier at work. Team bonding activities help create a sense of community amongst the team and this trickles down to site teams and to our customers.

In this post, we share community events at our properties and team bonding events.

This month, we saw Regency Court modeling a sense of community through the celebration of their hardworking Maintenance Tech, Erick, and a couple of our leaders in the corporate office hosted team bonding events.

Jenine Breedlove hosted members of the management team to a creative outing at Board and Brush while Michael Salles and the accounting team sharpened their skills with a laser tag outing.
